By creating an account or using Media Frame Pro, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice.

Using the service

Media Frame Pro provides tools to research, plan, create, edit and review videos, and prepare content for publishing through available connected services. You remain responsible for your edits, captions, uploaded content and published posts. You must be at least 18 to use this service and authorized to manage any connected account.

Content rights

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant the limited permission needed to store it, process the analyses you authorize, display your private report to you, and submit posts you approve. You must hold the rights and permissions necessary for these uses, including rights in footage, audio and identifiable people.

Research and AI limitations

Reports may contain errors. Observed relationships between content and public metrics do not establish causation. A recommendation is an edit to consider, not a guarantee of views, virality, revenue, platform approval or freedom from moderation. Inspect the linked evidence and use your own judgment.

Credits and processing

The application shows the credit requirement before you confirm an analysis. Credits are reserved when the request is accepted and consumed on successful completion. Failed processing and insufficient-evidence outcomes return the reserved credits. Uploading a video alone does not start an analysis charge. When checkout is enabled, the selected offer shows its credit quantity, price, renewal and expiry policy before payment. Paid credits are granted only after provider verification. Top-ups do not expire; subscription credits follow the displayed period policy. Payment refunds revoke the corresponding credits, and refunded work already used can leave an amount to reconcile before further charged work. Third-party connected providers bill their own usage separately. Credits have no cash-redemption feature.

Publishing

You choose the connected account, caption and supported privacy settings, and explicitly authorize each submission. A platform may reject, delay, restrict or remove a post. Disconnecting an account does not delete previously published content. TikTok’s own terms and community guidelines continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe rights, misuse another person’s credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, manipulate research records, or use the service for deceptive or abusive publishing. The operator may restrict access to protect users and the service.

Availability and changes

Features depend on external providers and may be unavailable or change. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in their updated date. Review the terms before authorizing further processing. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
