Privacy notice
Media Frame Pro provides video research, creation, editing and review tools, with optional social account connections and publishing. This notice describes the data handled by these features.
What we collect
We store your account email and identifier, uploaded videos and their file metadata, analysis requests and reports, credit balances and transactions, and connected social account identifiers. Connected account credentials are encrypted on the server. Technical logs may contain request identifiers and errors needed to operate the service.
How your video is processed
Uploads are stored privately in Supabase. When you explicitly authorize an analysis, video frames, audio or derived representations and relevant research are sent through OpenRouter to the selected AI provider. The provider and model used are recorded with the report. Processing is subject to the applicable provider’s policies; do not upload content you cannot authorize for this processing.
Connected accounts and publishing
Social connections are optional. Authorization tokens are used to retrieve the connected account’s publishing options and to submit posts you explicitly confirm. Connecting an account does not publish a video. You can disconnect it from your workspace, and revoke access through the relevant platform.
Google sign-in and YouTube data
Google sign-in uses your Google profile and email to authenticate your Media Frame Pro account through Supabase. YouTube access is optional and requires your separate consent. If authorized, we read your channel identity, upload metadata and native viewing, engagement and retention reports. Publishing and permanent video deletion require the relevant permissions and your explicit confirmation of the selected video.
Native YouTube analytics reports are private to your workspace and removed after six days. They are not automatically used to train AI models or create derived performance scores. Scientific use requires verified export provenance and any separate permission required by YouTube. Media Frame Pro measurements and predictions are our own estimates, not metrics supplied or endorsed by YouTube.
Disconnecting a YouTube channel removes its saved native reports and queues immediate token revocation with Google. A failed revocation stays queued for retry. Google revocation can affect other grants made to the same OAuth app. You can also revoke access in Google account permissions. Removing a saved report does not delete a video from YouTube.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. YouTube features also use the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Research and visibility
Your uploaded videos and reports are private to your account. Separately, verified research records can be displayed in the public research library. Those records reference source videos, recorded metrics and reviewed observations. We do not automatically add private user uploads to the public library.
Storage and deletion
The application stores account data, uploads, reports and publishing records while they are needed for your workspace. Active content stays in your workspace until you delete it. Use Data and privacy to move media, references, productions or channels to trash. Trash is hidden immediately and purged after 30 days; restoring requires fresh approvals. Production deletion includes its rendered outputs; channel deletion includes its productions and outputs. Independent references are preserved. New incomplete uploads expire after 24 hours. Existing incomplete uploads predating this policy are preserved.
Account deletion requires your current password and an explicit confirmation. It immediately locks workspace access and removes saved provider keys and social credentials. You can cancel within 30 days; removed connections must be reconnected. After the deadline, private Storage files and workspace data are erased before the sign-in account is removed. Active subscriptions, open invoices, unsettled credit holds and uncertain work must be resolved first. Minimal payment accounting is retained for seven years, subject to holds for unresolved disputes; minimal publication identifiers are retained for one year. These retained records are inaccessible through deleted accounts.
Private preview links already issued can remain valid for 15 minutes and provider delivery links for up to 24 hours. Deletion prevents issuing new links. Cached or downloaded copies can remain after link expiry. Operational backup bundles are encrypted with a seven-day expiration policy; the backup operator must run expiration. Recovery must reapply current deletion records before access resumes. Removing data from Media Frame Pro does not remove posts already published on social platforms or records retained independently by processing providers.
Service providers and cookies
Vercel hosts the web application, Supabase provides authentication, storage and the database, and OpenRouter routes authorized AI analysis to model providers. Social platforms handle connected account authorization and publishing. Authentication uses essential cookies to maintain your session. This application does not implement advertising tracking cookies.
Your responsibilities and choices
Upload only videos you have permission to process. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information unnecessarily. You can choose not to run an analysis, decline publishing, or disconnect your social accounts. Performance feedback does not guarantee reach or revenue.
